Use this syrup to make Eli's Refresher.

- 1/4 cup packed mint sprigs, bruised
- 1/2 cup very hot water
- 1 heaping teaspoon sugar
- Steep the bruised mint sprigs in the hot water for 10 minutes. Add the sugar and muddle well. Strain and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
