Ingredients

  • 3 mangoes, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2-inch dice
  • 1 red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and finely diced
  • 1/2 jalapeño, stemmed and finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons finely diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

How to make this recipe

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least one hour and serve.
