Fresh Cucumber Juice

Use this fresh juice to make the One Hot Minute cocktail.

  1. 1 1/2-inch piece of peeled cucumber
  1. In a mini food processor, puree the cucumber and then fine strain the liquid.
Notes Fresh cucumber juice is also available at health-food-store juice bars.
