Here Romée de Goriainoff puts a French spin on a pisco sour by adding Cognac.

Ice
2/3 ounce Cognac
2/3 ounce pisco
1/3 ounce fresh lime juice
1/3 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/3 ounce Simple Syrup
Dash of beaten egg white (optional)
Dash of Angostura bitters, for garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well. Strain into a chilled flute and garnish with the bitters.
