- 2/3 ounce Cognac
- 2/3 ounce pisco
- 1/3 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/3 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 ounce Simple Syrup
- Dash of beaten egg white (optional)
- Dash of Angostura bitters, for garnish
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well. Strain into a chilled flute and garnish with the bitters.
