Ingredients

  1. Ice
  2. 2 ounces Cognac
  3. 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons Simple Syrup
  5. 2 ounces chilled Champagne
  6. 1 lemon twist
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Cognac, lemon juice and Simple Syrup and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass, top with the Champagne and garnish with the lemon twist.
