- 1 ounce plum brandy
- 1 ounce pisco, preferably Chilean
- 3/4 ounce Cocchi Americano (fortified, slightly bitter aperitif wine)
- 1/4 ounce yellow Chartreuse (spicy herbal liqueur)
- 1 lemon twist
- 1 thyme sprig, for garnish
How to make this recipe
In a mixing glass, combine the plum brandy, pisco, Cocchi Americano and Chartreuse; fill with ice and stir well, then strain into a chilled coupe. Pinch the lemon twist over the drink and discard. Garnish with the thyme sprig.
