This flax seed granola parfait calls for healthful, homemade flax seed granola, but in a pinch store-bought granola will do.
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup homemade flax seed granola
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
Fresh mint for garnish (optional)
How to Make It
Place most of the granola and half of the blueberries in the bottom of a small serving dish or cup, and cover with the yogurt. Top with the remaining granola and blueberries. Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
