- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup homemade flax seed granola
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- Fresh mint for garnish (optional)
How to make this recipe
Place most of the granola and half of the blueberries in the bottom of a small serving dish or cup, and cover with the yogurt. Top with the remaining granola and blueberries. Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
