Manager Brendan Turner developed this drink around the time the hit movie Finding Nemo came out on DVD. "It was popular, as all blue drinks are," he says, "so we kept it on the menu."

  1. Ice
  2. 1 ounce coconut rum
  3. 3/4 ounce Hypnotiq
  4. 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  5. 1/4 ounce blue curaçao
  6. 1/4 ounce pineapple juice
  7. 1 Swedish Fish candy
  1. In a cocktail shaker, add all of the ingredients except the candy; shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass; add the candy.
