Recipe: Fig Puree

Ingredients
- 1 pint Black Mission figs, stemmed and halved
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze.
