- 1 canned lychee, plus 1 lychee skewered on a pick for garnish
- 1 ounce sake
- 1 ounce gin
- 1 thyme sprig, plus 1 sprig for garnish
- 1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lychee. Add ice and the remaining ingredients except the garnishes and shake well. Double strain into a chilled coupe; garnish with the skewered lychee and thyme sprig.
