  • 1 canned lychee, plus 1 lychee skewered on a pick for garnish
  • Ice
  • 1 ounce sake
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 thyme sprig, plus 1 sprig for garnish
  • 1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup

How to make this recipe
