Ingredients

Ice
3 ounces gin
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce Chambord
2 teaspoons powdered sugar
1 ounce chilled Champagne
1 lemon twist

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the ingredients except the Champagne and lemon twist and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass, top with the Champagne and garnish with the twist.
