Manager Liz McIntire and her beverage team named this ritzy Champagne-and-Cognac concoction after the European Union's currency.

Plus: Ultimate Cocktail...

  1. 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  2. 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  3. Ice
  4. 2 ounces Cognac
  5. 2 ounces chilled Champagne
  6. 1 lemon twist
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Cognac, lemon juice and Simple Syrup. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with the Champagne and garnish with the lemon twist.
