In a cocktail shaker, muddle the peach quarter with the mint leaves. Add crushed ice and all of the remaining ingredients except the garnishes and shake well. Strain the drink into a crushed-ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with the peach wedge, lemon wedge and mint sprig.
