  • 1/4 peach, plus 1 peach wedge for garnish
  • 4 or 5 mint leaves, plus 1 mint sprig for garnish
  • Crushed ice
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon crème de pêche (peach liqueur)
  • 1 lemon wedge, plus 1 lemon wedge for garnish

How to make this recipe

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the peach quarter with the mint leaves. Add crushed ice and all of the remaining ingredients except the garnishes and shake well. Strain the drink into a crushed-ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with the peach wedge, lemon wedge and mint sprig.
