Recipe: Emerald Star

Ingredients
- 8 ounces light rum
- 8 ounces mango nectar or juice
- 4 ounces Midori
- 3 ounces apricot brandy
- 3 ounces fresh lime juice
- Ice
- 8 lime wedges
- 8 maraschino cherry skewers
- In a pitcher, combine the light rum, mango nectar, Midori, apricot brandy and lime juice and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add a quarter of the chilled mixture. Shake well and strain into 2 chilled martini glasses. Repeat three times with fresh ice and the remaining mixture. Garnish each drink with a lime wedge and a maraschino cherry skewer.
