Visitors to this restaurant's front courtyard can sit in the shade of a century-old Pigeon Plum tree.

Fill two-thirds of a pint glass with ice. Add the vodka and Chartreuse. Stir briskly for 30 seconds to chill. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the twist.
