- 1 1/2 ounces mezcal
- 1/2 ounce passion fruit nectar
- 2 ounces chilled ginger beer
- 1/2 ounce grenadine, preferably homemade
How to make this recipe
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the mezcal and passion fruit nectar and shake well. Strain the drink into an ice-filled highball glass, stir in the chilled ginger beer and drizzle the grenadine on top; it will sink to the bottom.
