Ingredients

  1. 1 lemon twist, plus 1 lemon twist for garnish
  2. Ice
  3. 3 or 4 dashes of Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters or Angostura bitters
  4. 1 ounce Galliano (Italian herbal liqueur)
  5. 1 ounce oloroso sherry, preferably Matusalem
  6. 1 ounce añejo tequila
  1. Pinch 1 lemon twist over a chilled coupe and discard. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and stir well. Strain into the prepared coupe and garnish with the remaining lemon twist.
