Bar manager Jason Winters came up with this cocktail to showcase Scotland's superpremium, exceptionally smooth Brilliant vodka—hence the drink's name.

  1. 1 orange twist
  2. Ice
  3. 3 ounces vodka
  4. 1 lemon twist
  5. Splash of añejo tequila
  1. Rinse a chilled martini glass with the tequila. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, shake vigorously and strain into the martini glass. Garnish with the orange and lemon twists.
