How to Poach Eggs in a Strainer

Ingredients

  • 2 whole strawberries, plus 1 strawberry slice
  • 2 canned lychees, drained
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces citrus vodka, preferably Hangar One Citron "Buddha's Hand"
  • 3/4 ounce Grand Marnier

How to make this recipe

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the 2 whole strawberries with the lychees and lemon juice. Add ice and the vodka and Grand Marnier and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the strawberry slice.
