East Meets West

Ingredients

1. 2 whole strawberries, plus 1 strawberry slice
2. 2 canned lychees, drained
3. 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
4. Ice
5. 1 1/2 ounces citrus vodka, preferably Hangar One Citron "Buddha's Hand"
6. 3/4 ounce Grand Marnier

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the 2 whole strawberries with the lychees and lemon juice. Add ice and the vodka and Grand Marnier and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the strawberry slice.
