- 2 1/4 ounces Irish whiskey, preferably 12-year-old
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1/2 ounce parfait amour
- 1 teaspoon absinthe, preferably Pernod
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- 1 lemon twist
How to make this recipe
- In a mixing glass, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the twist; fill with ice and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe. Pinch the lemon twist over the drink and discard.
