Dram of Scotch
- SERVINGS: Makes 1 drink
This spicy twist on a Rob Roy gets its kick from St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram, a rum-based liqueur flavored with dried pimento (a.k.a. allspice) berries.
- Cracked ice
- 1 ounce blended Scotch
- 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1/3 ounce cherry Heering (cherry liqueur)
- 1/2 teaspoon St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- 1 orange twist, for garnish
- Fill a pint glass with cracked ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and stir well. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe and garnish with the orange twist.
