If you've never used a kiwano, or horned melon, the time has come. If you can't find one, use three ripe strawberries.

2 kiwis, peeled and coarsely chopped
4 ounces vodka
2 ounces Cointreau
2 cups crushed ice
How to Make It
Cut 2 thin slices from the center of the kiwano; reserve for garnish. Scoop out the seeds from the kiwano halves and place them in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and whir on high speed until smooth. Pour the drink into 2 highball glasses. Garnish with a slice of kiwano.
