absolutely divine! I needed a little more sweetness to it, so I replaced the ganache with a white chocolate/coffee ganache (heat the cream with a handful of coffee beans and vanilla bean). rave reviews :)

This is a beautiful cake. It looks and taste soooo good while you're mixing it up. Then you bake it and it's kind of dry. The Ganache is really good, but the cake is not.

Excellent, delicious bundt cake.... I made this for my son's birthday and everyone loved it - including a former pastry chef.  A five-star winner, for sure!
