Doncellita

In Cuba, doncellita is slang for nipple, which explains the name of this milky coffee liqueur drink with its nipplelike maraschino cherry garnish.

Ingredients

1. 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (1 ounce), chilled
2. 1 tablespoon evaporated milk (1/2 ounce), chilled
3. 1 maraschino cherry, for garnish

Directions

1. Pour the coffee liqueur into a clear shot glass. Very slowly add the evaporated milk in a thin stream; the drink should separate into 2 layers, with the milk on top. Gently add the cherry and serve right away.
