When mixologist Richard Boccato received a bottle of aged Cabana Cachaça to experiment with, he fell in love with "its almost Cognac-like characteristics." Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the cachaça, Aperol, lime juice and Rich Simple Syrup; shake well. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass, stir in the club soda and garnish with the cinnamon and lime.
