- 1 ounce mezcal
- 3/4 ounce Aperol (bitter orange Italian aperitif)
- 1/2 ounce maraschino liqueur
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 grapefruit twist, preferably spiral-cut, for garnish
How to make this recipe
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass and garnish with the grapefruit twist.
