- 1 tablespoon green olive juice from the jar
- 3 pitted medium green olives, speared on a cocktail skewer
- 1/3 cup vodka
- Ice cubes
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka and olive juice and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass, add the olives and serve.
