Butter's dirty martini is made "blonde" with the addition of Lillet, an amber French aperitif wine with hints of orange.

Plus...

  1. Ice
  2. 2 ounces vodka
  3. 3/4 ounce Lillet Blanc
  4. 3 green olives, plus 1/4 ounce brine from the jar
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, Lillet and olive brine and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the olives.
