- 1/4 cup dark rum
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Holiday Spice Syrup
- Ice cubes
- 3/4 cup ginger beer or ginger ale
- Lime rounds, for garnish
- In a tall glass, stir the rum with the lime juice and spice syrup. Half-fill the glass with ice, top with ginger beer and serve, garnished with lime rounds.
