Dead-Simple Balsamic Vinaigrette

  1. 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  2. 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  3. 1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano
  4. 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  5. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, oregano and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and whisk to blend.
Serve With All salad greens.
