Dead-Simple Balsamic Vinaigrette
- SERVINGS: makes about 1 cup
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, oregano and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and whisk to blend.
