  2. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  3. 1 lime wedge
  4. Ice
  5. 1 1/2 ounces Calvados
  6. 1 ounce Cointreau
  7. 1/4 ounce St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
  8. 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  9. 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  10. 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  11. 1 apple slice, for garnish
  1. On a plate, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Moisten the outer rim of a martini glass or coupe with the lime wedge and coat lightly with the cinnamon sugar. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
