Daiquiri

Use any leftover Brown Sugar Syrup to sweeten old-fashioneds or Sazeracs or as a topping for pancakes, waffles or ice cream.
- Ice
- 16 ounces white rum
- 5 ounces fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces Brown Sugar Syrup
- Fill a large cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum, lime juice and Brown Sugar Syrup and shake well. Strain the drink into chilled coupes.
