Cutting Edge Vodka Gimlet

  1. 6 to 8 kumquats, halved and muddled with 1 tablespoon Simple Syrup
  2. 1 1/2 ounces citrus vodka
  3. 1 tablespoon maraschino liqueur
  4. 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  5. Ice
  1. Shake and fine-strain into a martini glass.
