  1. 1/4 cup mango or peach chutney, finely chopped
  2. 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
  3. 2 tablespoons finely chopped basil
  4. 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  5. 1 1/2 pounds shelled and deveined large shrimp
  6. 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  7. 1 tablespoon Madras curry powder
  8. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  9. 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  10. Lime wedges, for serving
