Cucumber Water

  • SERVINGS: Makes 2 1/2 ounce

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 medium seedless cucumber
  1. Set a cheesecloth-lined strainer over a bowl. Grate the cucumber into the strainer, then twist and squeeze the cheesecloth to extract as much of the liquid as possible. Transfer to a container, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
