Cucumber Ice Cubes & Cucumber Mix

  • SERVINGS: Makes 1 dozen ice cubes and 8 ounces Cucumber Mix
  • •MAKE-AHEAD

Use these for Maria's Margarita

Plus: Ultimate Cocktail Guide

  1. Juice of 2 English cucumbers
  2. 2 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
  3. 2 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  1. In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze; reserve the remaining Cucumber Mix for the drink.
