Cucumber-Honeydew Vodka

  • SERVINGS: 32 ounces of infused vodka

Ingredients

  1. 1 liter vodka
  2. 1/2 ripe honeydew melon—seeded, peeled and cut into pieces
  3. 1/2 organic seedless cucumber, partially peeled and cut into pieces

Directions

  1. Combine the vodka with the honeydew in an airtight container and refrigerate for 2 days. Add the cucumber and refrigerate for 2 days longer. Strain the vodka, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
