The Good News The yogurt in this frothy drink may help boost the immune system. Deanie Fox adds antioxidant-rich blackberries, which are fun to fish out of the glass.

- 1 pint blackberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 small seedless cucumberspeeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 6 mint leaves
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- In a bowl, lightly crush the blackberries with 1 tablespoon of the sugar. In a blender, combine the cucumbers, yogurt, ice, lime juice, mint leaves, salt and the remaining 3 tablespoons of sugar and blend. Spoon the berries and their juice into glasses. Pour the frappé on top and serve right away.
