The bartenders at Great Bay restaurant make their spin on a Cosmopolitan with Hendrick's, a Scottish gin that's infused with both cucumber and rose petals.

  1. Ice
  2. 2 ounces gin
  3. 1 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
  4. 1 ounce white cranberry juice
  5. 1/2 ounce Cucumber Water
  6. 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  7. 1 cucumber spear
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the cucumber spear and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the cucumber spear.
