Recipe: Cuban Manhattan
Ingredients
- Ice
- 2 1/2 ounces amber rum
- 3/4 ounce Cherry Kijafa or sweet vermouth
- 3 brandied cherries, skewered on a pick
- Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the rum and Cherry Kijafa and stir well. Strain into a chilled martini glass; garnish with the brandied cherries.
