Nonfat Greek yogurt blended with fresh goat cheese and spiked with wasabi makes for a luscious, thick, tangy and addictively spicy dip. In addition to the vegetables listed below, try raw kohlrabi, chayote and endive, and wax beans that are blanched until crisp-tender.

Crudités with Wasabi Dip

This was terrible.  No flavor at all -- my husband thought that I actually gave him something to taste test that was spoiled.  This is my 4th Food and Wine recipe that came out extremely disappointing so I'm calling it quits with this site. Sticking to epicurious.com from now on. (and only reason it got one star was that they wouldn't let me give it none).
