  1. 1 1/2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
  2. 1 dash of Peychaud's Bitters
  3. Ice
  4. 2 ounces Creole Shrubb or Grand Marnier
  5. 2 ounces chilled club soda
  6. 1 ounce dark rum, preferably Gosling's
  7. 1 mint leaf
  8. 1 lime wedge
  1. In a rocks glass, muddle the ginger with the bitters. Add ice and the Creole Shrubb. Stir in the club soda. Pour the rum over a bar spoon on top. Garnish with the mint leaf and lime wheel.
