Creamy Balsamic, Chive & Greek Yogurt Vinaigrette

This vinaigrette is made lusciously thick and creamy with a couple tablespoons of Greek yogurt, whose flavor is great alongside lots of garlic and balsamic vinegar.

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

How to make this recipe

  1. In a bowl mix together all ingredients until well combined. Taste for seasoning and adjust if necessary.

  2. Serve as a dressing for salads.
