Bartender and Dutch Kills co-owner Karin Stanley came up with this citrusy cocktail. The flamed Chartreuse in the lime cup is poured into the drink once the fire is blown out.

  1. 3/4 ounce white rum
  2. Crushed ice
  3. 1/3 ounce fresh lemon juice
  4. 3/4 ounce spiced rum
  5. 1/3 ounce fresh orange juice
  6. 1 hollowed-out lime half, for garnish
  7. 1/2 ounce green Chartreuse
  8. 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  9. 1/3 ounce fresh lime juice
  10. 1/2 ounce orgeat
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the rums, orgeat, citrus juices and bitters; shake well. Pour into a chilled double rocks glass. Add crushed ice and garnish with the lime cup. Pour the Chartreuse into the cup and ignite the Chartreuse. Blow out the flame before drinking.
