Coral Reef

Ingredients

1. 1 ounce unsweetened coconut milk
2. 1 ounce mango nectar
3. 4 whole strawberries
4. 3 ounces pineapple juice
5. 1 cup ice cubes
6. 1 pineapple spear
7. 1 mint sprig

1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the pineapple spear and mint sprig and puree. Pour into into a red wine glass and garnish with the pineapple spear and mint sprig.
