I absolutely adore this drink! I do love gin, but even non gin drinkers will enjoy this... Although, usually it's made with an egg white, which gives the drink a nice texture and leaves the drink with a bit of froth on type - kind of like a fun cappuccino? You can also plop a couple fresh raspberries (if they're in season) on top for presentation!
