Most martinis have just a hint of vermouth. This drink is a nod to recipes from the early 20th century, which called for at least as much vermouth as gin.

Ingredients

  • Ingredients
    1. Ice
    2. 2 ounces gin
    3. 1 ounce dry vermouth
    4. 2 pimento-stuffed olives

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin and vermouth and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the olives.
