Citrus Vinaigrette

White balsamic vinegar is the magic ingredient in this tasty citrus vinaigrette from cookbook author Joanne Weir.

  • 1/2 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
  • 6 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper

How to make this recipe

  1. In a small bowl, combine the orange zest, orange juice and vinegar. Whisk in the oil and season with salt and pepper.

Make Ahead

The vinaigrette can be refrigerated for 3 days.
